Jeonpo Norimaru Arts and Culture Center
A Busan Metropolitan Office of Education arts and culture venue at 26 Jeonpo-daero 209beon-gil, within the wider Jeonpo cafe district. Unlike the surrounding cafe alleys, it is a specific building offering a public book cafe, exhibitions, selected sports activities and scheduled arts programs.
The 10th Jeonpo Coffee Festival is scheduled around Jeonpo Cafe Street and Norimaru on October 17–18, 2026 (Sat noon–8pm; Sun noon–6pm). Festival hours are NOT Norimaru's normal indoor opening hours. Check separately for classes, stall maps and any access controls.
Why go
Use Metro Line 2 Jeonpo Station Exit 7, or walk about 10 minutes from Seomyeon Station according to the venue's directions. Its book cafe and exhibition room have public drop-in hours, while performances and classes may require booking. Parking is very limited and general visitor vehicle entry is restricted.
