Geumbit Noeul Bridge (Golden Sunset Bridge), Gupo
A riverside pedestrian lookout bridge linking the Gupo Market side of Busan's Buk-gu with Hwamyeong Ecological Park. Look for sunset toward Gimhae, rail views and a lookout platform. It is NOT the separate Gamdong Narutgil Riverwalk that connects directly from Metro Line 3 Gupo Station to the park's southern edge.

Buk-gu announced a temporary bridge traffic restriction in January 2026. Reporting on Oct 8 says three bridge lifts began a trial of new door-safety signal lights; this does not prove that the entire bridge or lifts are available at all times. Reconfirm access conditions for festival week. Past traveler posts describe the views, not current operations.
Why go
From Gupo Market and Manse Street, find the Geumbit Noeul Bridge entrance on the riverside. The bridge has stairs and lifts, but their current operation and step-free accessibility have not been independently confirmed. For the Oct 16–18, 2026 Gupo Naru Festival, the venue is the lotus-field area of Hwamyeong Ecological Park, not the bridge or market; allow additional movement inside the large park. Check nighttime opening and weather-related restrictions before a sunset visit.
