North Port Waterfront Park
About a 15-minute walk from the sea-facing side of Busan Station, this large redeveloped harbor park has a tidal canal, an arched pedestrian bridge, lawns and port views. It is a mostly level waterfront walk, distinct from the steep Choryang hillside behind the station.

A shark nicknamed Bukangi drew large crowds after appearing in the canal on September 18, but its whereabouts and visibility on October 10 have not been verified; do not visit assuming a wildlife sighting or bypass safety controls.
Why go
For an arrival or departure-day break, allow roughly 30–90 minutes: follow the station's east-facing elevated pedestrian route toward the port, stop at the Sky Plaza, then choose a short canal-side walk or a longer circuit across the arched footbridges. Exact effort depends on the entrance and mobility needs. Check parking, fountain operation and lighting separately from general park hours.
