부산 도착권: 부산역·초량·북항

Busan Station offers two very different arrival-day walks, not one continuous sightseeing strip. Behind the station, a steep Choryang Ibagu-gil route climbs via the 168 Stairs/Sky Road inclined elevator and Kim Min-bu viewpoint to the Myeongnan Brand Lab, a pollock-roe culture/food and harbor-view facility. On the sea-facing side, North Port Waterfront Park is an approximately 15-minute station walk to a comparatively flat waterfront. Across the station plaza, compact Chinatown is an easy meal stop but becomes an event zone October 16–18.

What it feels like now

부산 도착권: 부산역·초량·북항

Choose by effort, luggage and timing: Chinatown for a mostly level short meal stop; Choryang hillside for stairs, port views and lived-in alleys; North Port for broader open waterfront. The 168 Stairs and Myeongnan Brand Lab are nested landmarks within the hillside walk—not separate station-adjacent neighborhoods. Even if the inclined elevator runs, the approach and connecting alleys can remain steep. Respect residents and check each facility's operating conditions.

What's new

New & interesting

The 23rd Busan Chinatown Cultural Festival runs October 16–18, 2026 around Busan Station Plaza and Choryang Chinatown, with the fifth singing contest final at the station plaza on October 18 at 16:00. Event days should not be confused with uniform booth opening hours, which are not confirmed. For the uphill option, the former 168-Stairs monorail has been replaced by an inclined elevator; the upper Myeongnan Brand Lab is listed in a 2026 official guide as Tue–Sat 10:00–21:00, Sun 10:00–19:00, closed Mon, but individual tenants and lift operations require same-day checks. North Port's October 17 and 24 Moonlight Workout events have different operating hours from the park.
