In October 2026 the Build Up Project exhibition explores architecture and engineering through March 1, 2027. The museum also hosts a temporary Quantum Magic School exhibition through November 22.

A hands-on special exhibition at National Busan Science Museum's first-floor Kim Jin-jae Hall from October 1, 2026 to March 1, 2027. Four zones cover the evolution of homes, materials and structural engineering, supertall towers and bridges, and futuristic buildings. The family-friendly zone includes interactive construction activities. Exhibition admission is separate from the museum's permanent-gallery ticket.

Busan's large outdoor theme park inside the Osiria tourism complex in Gijang. It is a full-day family and thrill-ride anchor rather than a quick add-on to Haeundae, and is easiest to reach by Donghae Line to Osiria Station.

A compact forest-and-coast walking block at the western end of Haeundae Beach, combining sea-level boardwalks and rocky shoreline views with the free Nurimaru APEC House exhibition. A curved beach in Gijang's Ilgwang district with local fishing-village history, the small Samseongdae landmark, cafés and an easy rail connection. It is a calmer alternative to the more crowded urban beaches and makes a self-contained seaside walk outside the lifeguarded swimming season.
