Amisan Observatory
A free three-storey observatory on the hill above Dadaepo: use the geology/estuary exhibition to understand sandbars, tidal channels and migratory bird habitat, then compare them with the upper-level panorama. This is not on Dadaepo's level beach promenade.
In October 2026, plan around estuary topography and autumn sunset, not the already-ended Dadaepo fountain season. The indoor exhibition shuts at 18:00 with last entry at 17:00, while parking has a different timetable. Sunset may occur after indoor access closes.
Why go
The self-guided exhibition takes about 20 minutes; the 11:00 natural-environment interpretation is listed for a maximum of four people, subject to confirmation. Pair with Dadaepo Beach or Morundae for ground-level sunset scenery. Eulsukdo is a separate bus itinerary, not a continuous waterfront walk.
