Yongdusan Park & Busan Tower
A hilltop landmark in Busan's old downtown that combines a free public park with a paid 120 m observation tower overlooking Busan Port, Yeongdo and Nampo. It works best as the elevated viewpoint within a mostly walkable Nampo–Gwangbok–market itinerary.

Busan Tower currently operates 10:00–22:00 with ticket sales ending at 21:30. Yongdusan Park also hosts recurring cultural programs, and Busan's October old-downtown schedule is unusually active because Community BIFF and later October market and street events are concentrated around Nampo and Gwangbok-ro.
Why go
Use it to understand the geography of old Busan from above, then descend into Gwangbok-ro, BIFF Square, Gukje Market, Bupyeong Kkangtong Market or Jagalchi. The park itself is free; the tower is a separate paid attraction.
