West Busan Eco-Art and Harbour: Eulsukdo, Jangnim and Dadaepo

West Busan has distinct visitor zones rather than one flat coastal walkway: Eulsukdo's wetlands and art museum, Jangnim's fishing harbor, Dadaepo Beach and Beach Park, Molundae's wooded coastal heritage trail, and hilltop Amisan Observatory.

What it feels like now

West Busan Eco-Art and Harbour: Eulsukdo, Jangnim and Dadaepo

For half a day, take a bus from Hadan Station Exit 3 to Eulsukdo and choose the Museum of Contemporary Art Busan (1191 Nakdongnam-ro) and Nakdong Estuary Eco Center (1240 Nakdongnam-ro). During Busan Biennale 2026, the museum exhibition is ticketed with last entry at 17:00; the Eco Center's standard exhibition is free and its last admission is 17:00. Field programs need separate bookings and October electric-cart trips depend on their dated timetable. Jangnim's harbor needs its own local-bus or walking leg; Dadaepo Beach, Beach Park, Molundae and hilltop Amisan have separate arrival points. At Dadaepo Beach Station, Exit 2 serves the beach and Exit 4 the park. Do not present Eulsukdo to Dadaepo as a single flat waterfront stroll.

A free outdoor reading event at Dadaepo Beach Park is scheduled for Oct 10–11, 2026, 15:00–21:00; nearby Molundae is separately restricted to 06:00–18:00 in October–March and cannot be entered after the event. The musical fountain season ended Sep 30. Busan Biennale at Eulsukdo continues through Nov 1. Check actual event/closure notices before travel.
