28th UN Peace Festival 2026 — Open Memories, Open Future (Busan)
The 28th UN Peace Festival is announced for 23–25 October 2026 at Peace Park in Nam-gu, Busan. Under the theme ‘Open Memories, Open Future’, the organizer plans five zones for remembrance, participation, healing, performances and the future, plus community activities, food and linked civic exhibitions. Acts announced include Park Seo-jin, We Are The Night and Sweet Sorrow, but their performance dates/times are not yet specified. Daily opening hours, reservation rules, fees and entry points have not been confirmed. This venue is Peace Park, not the separate UN Memorial Cemetery. From Daeyeon Station on Line 2, follow the UN Memorial Cemetery/Busan Museum corridor and check the final festival entrance.

The Nam-gu Cultural Foundation published its 2026 announcement on 6 October. It explicitly says the detailed programme and hours will follow; do not reuse last year's timetable or confuse cemetery visiting hours with festival operating hours.
