A Crown Prince's Day at Seongjeonggak, Changdeokgung (2026)

Sep 22–Nov 8, 2026 at Seongjeonggak and Gwanmulheon in Changdeokgung. An exhibition and hands-on activities explain a Joseon crown prince's studies. Saturday dramatizations run at 13:00, 14:00 and 15:00; Korean and English audio narration is available. The normally restricted Huiuru pavilion opens Tue–Sat 10:30–16:30 by on-site sign-up only, for 15-minute visits of up to eight people. Sunday's free children's programme is reserved in advance on Ticketlink for grades 1–3, with sessions at 11:00, 13:00 and 15:00, ten children per session. Regular Changdeokgung palace admission is separate. Check daily notices and availability.

Why it matters now

On Oct 11 and 18 the Sunday activity may suit children with confirmed reservations; adults seeking the Huiuru pavilion need a Tuesday–Saturday visit instead.
