32nd Dongnae Eupseong History Festival 2026

The festival runs October 16–18, 2026 across Dongnae Cultural Center, the fortress North Gate plaza, Myeongnyun 1-ga and Oncheonjang—different venues, not one flat, walkable site. The outdoor escape-room mission starts in Area 4 outside Dongnae Fortress History Museum, with five sessions a day; one KRW 10,000 kit supports 3–4 participants but only one souvenir set. Organizers list online registration (30 per session) or on-site sign-up, subject to capacity. Guided fortress walks run 10:00–12:00 on October 17 (meet at Dongnae Hyanggyo) and October 18 (meet at Chungnyeolsa), with advance volunteer-center registration. The hanbok disco is October 17, 18:00–20:00 at the Area 1 outdoor stage. Advance applications for the October 16–17 evening heritage walk closed in September; do not assume walk-up entry. Official shuttles: Metro Line 1 Dongnae Station Exit 3 to Dongnae Cultural Center (approx. every 10 minutes); Line 4 Myeongjang Station Exit 3 to Bokcheon Museum car park (approx. every 20 minutes). Shuttles operate October 16, 16:00–21:00 and October 17–18, 10:00–21:00; last departures from metro stations are 20:40.
