Why it matters now

The city lists an opening ceremony at 11:00 on October 15; this is not a confirmed daily public opening time. General hours, activity reservations, admission fees and event-specific parking or shuttle services remain unverified. Budget extra travel within this very large park even after arriving at a public-transport entrance.
