Start with your arrival point
Ulsan is spread out, and KTX Ulsan Station, Ulsan Airport and Taehwagang Station are not the same gateway. Use the tourist information point closest to where you arrive instead of crossing the city for one desk.
Taehwagang Station center
The official Ulsan tourism site lists the main Ulsan Tourist Information Center at Taehwagang Station Plaza, 646 Saneop-ro, Nam-gu. It is listed as open 09:00–18:00 and provides travel information for domestic and foreign tourists, guide materials, tourist PCs and souvenir information.
Other official information points
Ulsan also lists centers at Ulsan Airport, KTX Ulsan Station, Lotte Plaza, Ulsan Keunaegi, Taehwagang and Daewangam Park. This makes the network useful for both arrivals and sightseeing areas.
What to ask
Use the desk for current local transport, maps, attraction information and route planning. If you are relying on a specific language, accessibility service or holiday opening, call the individual center before making it essential to your plan.
