Sejong's bus network connects the government complex and residential districts with Osong Station, Daejeon, Cheongju and rural 읍·면 areas. The practical rule for a visitor is not to assume every bus has the same fare or the same payment pattern.

Official Sejong Transportation Corporation route pages show transport-card-based fares and repeatedly warn passengers to tap off. On routes that cross municipal boundaries, the fare can increase according to the cities crossed. One current official fare table lists adult card fares of KRW 1,400 within Sejong, Daejeon or Cheongju; KRW 1,700 for Sejong-Daejeon or Sejong-Cheongju travel; and KRW 2,000 for Cheongju-Daejeon travel on the applicable route. Treat those amounts as route-table facts, not a promise that every Sejong bus uses the same fare structure.

Rural village-bus pages currently list adult card fares of KRW 1,300 and state that cash boarding is restricted; when cash is unavoidable, account transfer may be used. They also warn that failure to tap off can trigger the route's maximum fare.

For high-frequency BRT travel, the B2 route currently links Osong Station, the Government Complex, Banseok and Daejeon World Cup Stadium, with departures extending past midnight on the published timetable. Late arrival does not guarantee that your exact stop remains practical, so check the live Sejong transport system and the exact route before boarding.

Use a transport card, tap both on and off, and check the fare table on the exact route page when crossing a city boundary. For lost property or bus-operation questions, the Sejong traffic system lists 044-867-7166 for Sejong Transportation and 044-867-0125 for Sejong Transportation Corporation.
