For an urgent medical emergency in Korea, call 119. Korea Tourism Organization guidance lists 119 for fire and medical emergencies and 112 for police. The 1339 line is for Korea Disease Control and Prevention Agency infectious-disease information, not a replacement for emergency rescue.

For non-emergency help finding or using medical services, Medical Korea operates a separate international-patient information service. Its current official page lists Medical Call +82-2-1577-7129 every day from 09:00 to 18:00, with consultation related to medical institutions, medical-service reservations, visas and complaints. The service is presented in English, Chinese, Japanese and Russian.

Medical Korea also lists an information center at Airport Railroad Seoul Station B2, open daily 09:00-18:00, and an Incheon International Airport Terminal 1 center. The English official page currently lists the airport center as daily 09:00-21:00. If the issue is immediately dangerous, do not wait for an information-center opening hour: use 119.

For travel interpretation or general tourist help rather than medical triage, the Korea Travel Hotline is 1330. Keep the categories separate: 119 is emergency response, 1339 is infectious-disease information, 1330 is tourism help, and Medical Korea is a non-emergency international medical-service support channel.
