SEOULDAL (Seoul Moon) — Yeouido tethered balloon
A paid tethered helium balloon ride rises up to 130 meters above Yeouido Park with skyline and Hangang River views. Flight lasts roughly 15 minutes, plus boarding and safety time. Seoul City announced Sunday–Thursday 12:00–22:00 and Friday–Saturday 12:00–23:00 through October 2026. An older city bulletin separately listed an earlier 10:00 weekend opening in high season: check same-day hours. Strong wind and rain can halt flights. Visitors can reserve using official-linked online travel agencies or seek same-day tickets; seat and flight are never guaranteed.
October 9–11 visitors can consider the Friday–Saturday 23:00 extension confirmed on September 23. Check weather and actual operating state on the date. The separate Chuseok full-moon side event ended October 5.
