Pohang Space Walk

A walkable public-art landmark inside Pohang’s Hwanho Park, where a looping steel sculpture becomes an elevated coastal viewpoint rather than a sculpture viewed only from the ground.

Why it matters now

Pohang City’s operating guide was checked on 7 October 2026. Space Walk is free, but visitors 110 cm or shorter cannot use it and simultaneous attendance is limited to 150. Rain, strong winds and other weather changes can automatically close access, so confirm same-day operation.

Why go

Choose it for contemporary public art, unusual architecture and a short elevated walk with park, city and sea views. It pairs naturally with Hwanho Park and Pohang’s coastal sightseeing route.
