Oncheoncheon Cafe Street & Allak Riverside Walk
A walkable riverside cafe-and-neighborhood stretch in Dongnae's Allak area, with independent bakeries, brunch spots and restaurants on the streets above the Oncheoncheon stream path. This is a different segment of the same long river from the LaLaLa Festival site under Pusan National University Station.

Choi2451 / Wikimedia CommonsSources & further readingThe upper Oncheoncheon river plaza below Pusan National University Station hosts the 10th LaLaLa coffee/bread/dessert festival on October 23–25, 2026; that upstream festival is NOT in the Allak cafe-street section. For Allak visitors the durable autumn draw is everyday riverside strolling and neighborhood cafes. Heavy rain can close the lower stream path: Dongnae's Oncheoncheon promenade was restricted during the July 1, 2026 rainfall, so check notices before descending after storms.
Why go
Arrive at Allak Station on the Donghae Line and walk roughly 10–11 minutes to the cafe-street stretch around Oncheoncheon-ro 451. Pick a cafe along the residential streets, then descend to the levee-side riverside promenade for an unhurried 60–120 minute walk or brunch-and-walk visit. This is a living mixed-use street, not a ticketed theme park or a single indoor building. Do not assume named cafes from old blog lists remain open.
