Oil Tank Culture Park
A former petroleum reserve depot near Seoul World Cup Stadium redeveloped as a cultural park. Its outdoor T0 Culture Yard and industrial tank architecture are a draw, but the T1–T6 tank interiors are not open for unrestricted drop-in visits: their management changed in April 2025. Treat the open park and ticketed or scheduled indoor programs as separate visits.
A useful autumn anchor for western Seoul. The Silver Grass Festival at Haneul Park is scheduled October 17–23, 2026, but this park is not the festival venue. Verify any indoor-tank access or special-event restrictions before coming.
Why go
Combine an industrial-heritage walk with World Cup Park, Peace Park or Haneul Park. Seoul Parks lists guided space tours on Tuesdays, Thursdays and Saturdays at 14:00 and 16:00, with advance booking through Seoul's public reservation portal. Audio-guide lending is listed Tuesday–Sunday 10:00–17:00 in Korean, English, Japanese and Chinese. Live availability, specific tour language and indoor-event prices were not independently checked.
