Naksan Park and Seoul City Wall Night Walk
Naksan Park is a free historic hillside walk beside Seoul's old city wall, with views over central Seoul. Visit Seoul's official page, revised 10 September 2026, lists the outdoor park as open 24 hours, while the Naksan exhibition hall is open 09:00–17:00 only. Korean address for maps: 서울특별시 종로구 낙산길 41 (동숭동). Subway Line 4, Hyehwa Station Exit 2 is a practical starting point; the city-wall path can be approached from Daehak-ro or from Hyehwamun toward Heunginjimun. Some paths are sloped or stepped, so night-time footing and individual mobility needs matter.
A year-round sunset or after-dark walk, but do not confuse 24-hour outdoor access with the exhibition hall's shorter hours. Check weather, temporary path restrictions and safe walking conditions.
Why go
Pair Seoul City Wall views with an evening in Daehak-ro's theatre and dining neighborhood. A short out-and-back walk is an option; the entire wall section need not be completed.
