Gwangnaru Hangang Park
A riverside park in eastern Seoul between Gangdong Bridge and Jamsil Railway Bridge, with reed beds, cycle tracks, Gwangjingyo 8th Avenue viewpoint and routes toward the Amsa prehistoric site. Fishing and water-based recreation are prohibited in this protected drinking-water area. The 2026 Hangang Family Festival is on weekends Oct 3–18 (13:00–20:00) at the lawn south of Gwangjingyo Bridge—not necessarily at the park information center.
The family festival is a possible stop on Sunday Oct 11 and the following weekend Oct 17–18. Check the organizer for weather changes and individual program capacity. The park-wide address does not pinpoint the festival lawn.
