Garak Mall
A modernized food-and-market complex in Songpa-gu connected to the Garak agricultural and fishery wholesale market. Visit Seoul lists fresh produce, meat, seafood, kitchen goods, restaurants, a library, cooking studio, convention facilities and other services within the complex.
The 3rd Garak Oktoberfest runs October 16–18, 2026, from 16:00 to 22:00 each day at the 3rd-floor Sky Park of Garak Mall. Admission is free; food and drink stalls are paid separately. The venue connects to Exit 2-1 of Garak Market Station (Lines 2 and 3).
