Gangseo Hangang Park, Seoul
A long western riverside park stretching roughly 6 km from Gayang Bridge towards the Seoul–Gimpo boundary. It combines wetland ecology trails and birdwatching, cycling routes, picnic areas and a children's playground. Facilities are spread across several sections, so choose your destination before following directions. Stay on designated observation paths; do not cook, smoke or collect plants.
The Forest Adventure family event is scheduled near Gangseo Hangang Park's playground on Oct 24–25, 2026. Walk-in climbing and pre-booked craft activities have different entry requirements; use this Place to plan arrival and explore the ecology trail.
Why go
For birdwatching and wetland walks, a family picnic or riverside cycling away from central Seoul. The Information Center address is not necessarily the address of the playground or event site. From Banghwa Station Exit 2, take local bus Gangseo 07 toward the wetland park. Alternative approaches include a walk of around 20 minutes from Magongnaru through Seoul Botanic Park, subject to the specific section you want. Park outdoor access hours are not the same as individual facility hours.
