Expo Science Park
The legacy site of Expo ’93 and one of the clearest physical symbols of Daejeon’s science-city identity, centered on Hanbit Tower.
The park remains a major event district and is the host area for the upcoming 2026 Daejeon Bread Festival.
Why go
Good for first-time visitors who want a science-city landmark, river/bridge night scenery and an easy cluster with the National Science Museum, Hanbat Arboretum and DCC.
Plan the visit
Use the confirmed place facts below, then continue to the broader travel guides for transport, facilities and eating practicalities.
Use Subway Line 1 as the city spine, buses for places beyond the rail corridor, and taxis when luggage, late hours or a direct trip matter more than cost.
