Delta-ru Observatory (Busan Eco Delta City)
A real observation and project-interpretation stop overlooking the developing Busan Eco Delta City waterway district. This is a separate inland/new-city destination, not a walk-on extension of Myeongji Ocean City's coastal promenade. IMPORTANT: K-water has closed Delta-ru October 7–18, 2026 because of roadworks immediately in front of the observatory; do not travel there expecting entry during these dates.
K-water's October 6, 2026 notice explicitly says Delta-ru is closed October 7–18 because of front-road construction. This overrides stale travel listings and even its published normal opening hours. Check for a confirmed reopening notice after October 18; do not assume access on October 19.
Why go
When the site reopens, use this as a short orientation stop to understand the Nakdong-side new-city plan and waterways before deciding whether there are other independently verified public attractions nearby. The developing smart-city and future facilities should not be presented as all complete or open to visitors.
