Dadaepo Beach
A wide beach close to the Nakdong River estuary in far southwestern Busan. Beyond sunsets and tidal-flat scenery, pair the Gouni ecological trail and Molundae headland with Amisan Observatory to understand the estuary's sandbars and waterways.

Y.c.jang / Wikimedia CommonsSources & further readingThe 2026 Dadaepo musical fountain season ended September 30, so no regular October fountain shows are scheduled. The free Bibliotheca Busan Vol.3 outdoor reading event holds its final weekend October 10–11, 3–9 p.m., at Dadaepo Beach Park. The venue is not the whole sandy beach or Molundae; Metro Line 1 Dadaepo Beach Station Exit 4 serves the park and Exit 2 the beach. Some talks and picnic-kit loans need registration or have limited stock. Crucially, Saha-gu lists separate October–March access hours for the wooded Molundae headland to the west: 6 a.m.–6 p.m., with military restrictions after hours. The park festival running until 9 p.m. does NOT extend Molundae entry. Finish the Molundae walk before 6 p.m. and check day-of weather and trail controls.
Why go
A good choice for scenery and walking rather than a densely commercial beachfront. Walk the beach, Gouni ecological trail and Molundae; add Amisan Observatory for a short viewpoint and exhibition stop. Eulsukdo is in the same estuary region but requires separate transit, not a continuous walking route.
