Dream Forest (Bukseoul Dream Forest)
A large park of roughly 684,000 m² in northeastern Seoul (Korean map name: 북서울꿈의숲). Walk around the Wolyeongji pond and Cheongundapwon lawn, see seasonal foliage, or combine a visit with the Dream Forest Arts Center and an observation tower. Seoul Parks lists the outdoor park as always open, but this does NOT confirm the hours or admission conditions of the tower, galleries or arts facilities. Korean address: 서울특별시 강북구 월계로 173.
Autumn foliage and an uncrowded-feeling urban park option; Seoul Parks warns that weekend parking queues can be long from April to November. For the east entrance, take local bus 강북09/강북11 from Mia Sageori Station Exit 1 or bus 147 from Wolgye Station Exit 1. For the west entrance, take 강북05 near Mia Sageori Exit 2 or 1124 near Exit 3. Recheck bus service, events and individual building hours.
Why go
Useful for a family walk or autumn foliage outside the busiest tourist core. Choose the east entrance for the visitor center and park walks, or the west entrance for the arts center and observation-tower area. The visitor center lists nursing facilities and stroller/wheelchair lending; current availability was not independently verified.
