Busan Sasang: Station, Industrial Heritage & Samnak Riverside
Explore three separate areas rather than one long walk: Sasang Station for transport and meals, Deokpo for the free Sasang Lifestyle History Museum and Samnakcheon, and the wide Nakdong River waterfront at Samnak Ecological Park.

Gwangjang-ro, Sasang-gu, Busan. A 2019 streetscape image, not a live view of current shops or road conditions.

Busan Sasang: Station, Industrial Heritage & Samnak Riverside
The museum is one stop from Sasang on Metro Line 2 at Deokpo. Gwaebeop Renecite light-rail station Exit 1 has a bridge toward the park, but reaching the park entrance does not mean reaching P9 lotus gardens or Culture Plaza. Check actual venue access. Bicycle rentals at Samnak have been listed as temporarily closed since May 1, 2026.
New & interesting
The October 15–18 Busan Garden Show takes place at the lotus gardens near parking lot P9; October 15 at 11:00 is the opening ceremony, not general daily hours. The October 17–18 Sasang Riverside Festival is at the separate Culture Plaza. Older October 10–11 festival dates and bicycle-rental guides are superseded by current official information.
