Busan Central Ridge Views: Hwangnyeongsan–Geumnyeonsan
An elevated central Busan nature-and-viewpoints zone centered on Hwangnyeongsan's beacon station, separate viewing decks and the wider Geumnyeonsan hillside. This is a ridge-top or hiking visit, not an effortless extension of the flat Gwangalli beachfront or the indoor F1963 cultural stop.

Hwangnyeongsan hillside road photographed 8 April 2017. Springtime access-road scenery, not the viewing decks, a 2026 October night view or proof of current road conditions.

Busan Central Ridge Views: Hwangnyeongsan–Geumnyeonsan
Decide between a short panorama stop reached by road and a genuine hillside walk before leaving. The subway station called Geumnyeonsan is a possible lower-elevation starting point, not a summit stop; walking uphill can be steep. Sunset views are weather-dependent and arranging a return ride from the mountain matters. Each viewpoint or lounge has its own access and operating conditions.
New & interesting
For October 2026, avoid misleading references to a functioning Hwangnyeongsan cable car or new sky tower: these have appeared in development proposals and public discussion, not as verified open attractions. The existing beacon station and outdoor lookouts are the actual visit focus. October weather, parking/road control, lookout access and lounge hours still require a current local check.
