2026 Daegu Living Culture Festival

The 2026 Daegu Living Culture Festival, themed “Living Culture Open House,” runs October 10–11 from 12:00 to 18:00 each day at the Daegu Living Culture Center and Hwarang Park (153 Manchon-ro, Suseong-gu, Daegu). The organizer’s September 28 notice lists club performances (including bands, Korean traditional music, choirs and dance), hands-on activities such as face painting, small instrument making and decorating cultural postcards and fans, a family-and-children play zone, a free photo booth in the center’s first-floor lobby, participatory photo spots, and displays of club photos and archival videos. An August 24 selection notice named 31 participating clubs, but the final number performing on site and visitor counts are unconfirmed. Official notices do not state admission fees, advance booking, a detailed session timetable, or parking arrangements for general visitors. Do not treat parking guidance addressed to participating clubs as a visitor rule; check the latest notice before going.
