Oct 17–18, 2026 at the plaza in front of Mulbit Stage, Yeouido Hangang Park (Yeouido-dong 83-6); organizer directions say about 10 minutes from Yeouinaru Station (Line 5), Exit 2. General festival hours are 10:00–17:00; some preregistered activities begin at 09:00. Visitors without pets are welcome. Free walk-in animal-welfare PLAY Zone and QR stamp missions run both days 10:00–17:00. On Sat Oct 17, Seol Chae-hyeon's free 13:00 pet talk has only 100 first-come on-site teams/seats; the 15:00–17:00 rescue-dog competition has CLOSED applications. On Sun Oct 18, the adoption presentations run 10:30–12:00 and 15:00–16:00: spectators can watch free without a reservation, but participation by featured dogs requires advance application. The separate Oct 17 10:30 dog walk is marked sold out for advance registration, with a planned KRW 10,000 participation fee. Bring a leash and waste bags with a dog.
