The 3rd Garak Oktober Fest 2026
Garak Oktober Fest is scheduled for October 16–18, 2026, from 16:00 to 22:00 daily at Sky Park on the third floor of Garak Mall, Songpa-gu, Seoul. Admission is free, but food and drink purchases are separate. Seoul City's culture portal lists a parade on Friday October 16, performances, games and market-food stalls. Garak Market Station (subway lines 3 and 8) Exit 2-1 connects to Garak Mall; continue up to the third-floor venue. Individual prices, final show times, weather changes and foreign-language support have not been verified.
