31st Gangdong Prehistoric Culture Festival 2026

October 16–18, 2026, at the Amsa-dong Prehistoric Settlement Site (875 Olympic-ro, Gangdong-gu) and Amsa History Park. Seoul's general festival window is Friday 18:00–21:00 and Saturday–Sunday 10:00–21:00; individual activities can differ. General admission is free, but selected workshops or seated programs may have their own conditions or fees. Archaeology activities, themed food, craft booths and nighttime light displays are planned. A special talk with Lee Sedol is listed for Sunday Oct 18 at 14:00 at the forest stage: Gangdong-gu lists 100 advance places and 30 on-site places. Advance applications are scheduled for Monday Oct 12 at 10:00 through Tuesday Oct 13 at 18:00 (may close early). Free festival entry does not secure a talk seat; foreign-visitor eligibility, remaining places and separate fees were not verified.
