Caring by Design — Culture Station Seoul 284

Free design exhibition on floors 1–2 of the restored Old Seoul Station, Sep 17–Nov 1, 2026. It explores the maintenance, repair, cleaning and care that keep public spaces usable. Open 10:00–18:00 (last entry 17:30), closed Mondays and Chuseok Day; Wednesdays extend until 19:00. Wednesday curator tours at 14:00 are walk-in, but their language was not verified. The Oct 14 research forum (16:00–18:00; first 50 registered) and Oct 18/25 hands-on practice (13:00 and 16:00, age 10+, max six per session) require separate advance Naver registration. Available seats were not checked.

Why it matters now

Free exhibition by Seoul Station this weekend, October 10–11. The organizer also lists walk-in screenings of the 84-minute Seoul Station documentary at 11:00, 13:00 and 15:00, plus 17:00 on Wednesdays. General gallery/film access is different from the separately booked Oct 14 forum and Oct 18/25 workshops. Live availability and language support are unverified.
